Back to Church Sunday this year is on September 26th 2010

Last year more than 100 churches in the diocese took part in Back to Church Sunday, with congregation increases reported on the day of between five and ten per cent.

The Communications and Mission and Renewal departments of the Diocese are working in collaboration to support and promote this intiative, and represenatives are available to come and give us advice on how we might use the Sunday in our particular situation.

This year's theme is COME AS YOU ARE and a new set of resources has been designed to help serve as a springboard. These dated resources have been designed to support the initiative and have the advantage of a national profile.
